The People Making Prospecting Personal
Everyone has a 'team' these days. This is ours. They've got range, empathy, and a mild caffeine dependency.
Alex Nicholls-Gray
Co-Founder
Alex is a sales strategist and co-founder with a background in
building lead generation systems that balance efficiency with impact.
Since 2020, he's helped businesses rethink how they reach prospects, first
through automation, then through creative, high-effort outreach that actually
gets remembered.
With experience across B2B growth, demand generation, and outbound strategy,
Alex brings a practical, systems-driven approach to solving one of the
most overlooked problems in sales: being ignored.
He's quite passionate about helping sales & marketing teams move beyond
volume-based outreach and toward a more thoughtful, effective way of earning
attention.
Alex's focus is simple: if you're going to interrupt someone,
make it worth their time.
Rifki Salim
Chief Technology Officer
Rifki is a systems thinker and technical lead with a focus on building
lean, intelligent infrastructure for modern sales teams. As CTO, he
led the development of the company's early automation stack, designing
data scraping, enrichment, and outbound systems that delivered scale
without sacrificing control.
With a background in engineering, data operations, and product automation,
his work is grounded in clarity, efficiency, and a refusal to overcomplicate
what can be done well with fewer moving parts.
At The Prospect Experience Company, Rifki now focuses on the technical
backbone that powers high-effort, high-impact outreach, ensuring the creative
work lands where it should, how it should, every time.
He's interested in systems that run clean, tools that don't get in the way, and
quietly building excellent things.
Leslie Nicholls
Chief Product Officer
Leslie is a product strategist with a focus on turning abstract ideas
into experiences that get remembered.
As Chief Product Officer at The Prospect Experience Company, he leads the
design and delivery of outreach campaigns that sit at the intersection
of creativity, strategy, and execution. His role is to make sure the idea
doesn't just sound good but actually lands.
With a background in engineering, and creative direction, Leslie brings
a practical eye to high-concept work. He ensures every campaign has both
a strong spine and a sharp edge.
At the core of his approach is one question: what will this feel like to the prospect?
His job is to make sure the answer is: “different.”
Jack Ingram
Co-Founder
Jack Ingram was one of the original co-founders of the company and the
reason our day-to-day operations ever ran like clockwork. A relentless
process thinker with a knack for turning chaos into checklists, Jack
helped build the operational backbone of the business in its earliest
(and most caffeine-fuelled) days.
He's since moved on to new things, but his influence is still baked into
how we work. Every clean handover, every system that doesn't fall apart
under pressure—we've got Jack to thank for that.
Cheers Jack.
